At a time when more and more local brotherhoods are: struggling with recruiting and retaining members; having difficulties identifying which programs will attract ‘a younger membership’ without alienating the ‘slightly older’ current population; challenged to find volunteers to then run these programs; and, at the same time, increasingly asked by the temple leaders to engage in various fundraising activities in order to offset temple deficits, MRJ is here to work with you and committed to helping you find solutions.-> Read More
